This is a replica of the Zenit DTK-2 type muzzle brake.
It resembles the one I have from LCT, but the manufacturer is unknown.

The thread is a 24mm positive thread, and I believe it is compatible with AK74, AKS74U, AK102, etc.
Regarding the condition, there may be some minor scratches and scuffs, but they should not interfere with use.
