【Rare】Showa 15 (1940) Former Japanese National Railways Uniform, Red Tag, Top and Bottom, JNR Nappa Uniform, Work Clothes

Vintage workwear that Japan can be proud of worldwide

JNR (Japanese National Railways) Jacket (Nappa Suit) and Pants Set
Made in Showa 15 (1940), this is one of the oldest items I've ever seen.
It's extremely rare to find a set from the same year in such good condition.

[Measurements]
Jacket: Width 55cm, Length 66cm, Sleeve Length 58cm
Pants: Waist *laid flat* 45cm (waist adjustable with drawstring)
Rise 35cm, Inseam 69cm, Hem Width 21cm

[Color]
Navy Black
This item develops beautiful fading and patina, similar to French workwear, so feel free to wear it extensively and wash it.

[Condition]
Jacket:
This is a valuable, unused item.
It has been stored in a clean condition, showing no signs of age.
There is one small snag and a missing button.

Pants:
Small snag, fraying on belt loops.
Pilling and thread fraying on the inside.
Features charming details like a watch pocket.
This item still has plenty of life left and doesn't feel old.
