Tanaka MARCAS REGISTRADAS Engraved S&W Frame Part

This item is being listed from the warehouse of my family's toy store.

This is a stock item of a Tanaka MGC S&W frame with the MARCAS REGISTRADAS (Registered Trademarks) engraving. It shows signs of age but has no noticeable scratches and is in relatively good condition. I would like to pass it on to a collector.
I am currently in the process of legal action for compensation due to repeated instances of listing deletions, inaction on those deletions, and account restrictions by the platform administration, despite the listings being problem-free.
Without any investigation, they repeatedly engaged in harassment such as deleting listings and restricting my account, even for listings that did not violate any rules. Despite my inquiries, there was no response or action. After 24 hours, upon the lifting of the restriction, they simply apologized, stating, Upon re-examination, the listing was problem-free. We apologize, without any compensation for the period of restriction. Although I have made efforts to comply with their instructions, sometimes listings are deleted because they are not thoroughly reviewed. As a directive for listings that are not deleted, I state that these are toy gun parts made of resin, not metal, and have no relation to conversion or customization, nor do they possess any lethal capabilities.
