Description

I purchased this a few years ago and enjoyed roasting with it.
I'm selling it now because I bought a larger roaster.
It has been used quite a bit, so there are some stains.
There is a small chip on the edge of the glass drum.
This does not affect roasting.

I also installed a data logger to stabilize the roasting process.
You can connect it to a computer and log temperature changes with Artisan.
It makes a big difference compared to not having it.
It improves reproducibility.

I'm also including the dryer and colander I used for cooling.
It's best to have a dedicated dryer, as using a household one can transfer odors.

All you need to get started with coffee roasting is a heat source like a portable gas stove and green coffee beans.
