Description
Invite incredible good luck and high-end mid-century design into your space! Sourced directly from a premium fine art estate, this is an authentic vintage 1970s Tonalá, Mexico hand-painted ceramic and brass-armored elephant figurine. Features a stylized white porcelain body with deep cobalt blue hand-painted enamel ears and a charging upturned trunk, cased beautifully in a heavy sheet-brass armored overlay saddle. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The thick ceramic frame is structurally perfect with zero chips or hairline cracks along the trunk tip or tusks. The thick hand-cut brass plates retain a gorgeous, uncleaned warm vintage patina exactly as pictured.
