[Rare Antique] Japanese Umbrella, Bangasa, Antique, Retro, For Decoration/Remake

Thank you for viewing my listing.
This is a charming Japanese umbrella (Bangasa) that was found in an old storehouse.

The beautiful deep green and calm mustard yellow color scheme, the craftsmanship of the bamboo ribs, and the decorative thread in the center are all testaments to the artisan's skill, which is rarely found in modern items.

■Condition
- There are tears, holes, and peeling on the Japanese paper throughout due to age.
- While it is difficult to use as a practical umbrella (for rainy weather), the frame is sturdy and opens and closes smoothly.
- No broken bamboo ribs are observed, but as this is a very old item, please only purchase if you understand and accept antique items.

■Recommended Uses
- For interior decoration and display in old Japanese-style cafes or inns.
- As a prop for Japanese clothing photography or stage performances.
- As a material for remakes and DIY by re-pasting the Japanese paper.
- For creating Wamo-style lighting by utilizing the frame.

■Shipping
It will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and rolled cardboard to prevent damage and shipped via Mercari delivery.
