Mid Century Duck Chicken Train Candle Holders Hand Painted Wood Boxed Set vtg

Vintage Mid Century Duck Chicken Train Candle Holders Hand Painted Wood Boxed Set Adorable vintage mid-century hand-painted Duck and Chicken Train candle holder set in the original illustrated box. The set includes 5 connected wooden train pieces: a large duck conductor/engine followed by four colorful chick/duck cars. The figures are hand painted and decorated with pipe-cleaner feathers, googly eyes and bright red wheels. Each smaller bird is designed to hold a small candle, as shown on the original box. The box is printed “Hand Painted Duck and Chicken Traind Set Candle Holders” — including the original “Traind” spelling. A fantastic piece of colorful 1950s–1960s kitsch / MCM holiday decor that would display especially well for Easter or spring.
