Perfect for outdoor cooking, this Snow Peak 24cm Dutch oven comes with a storage bag.
This is Snow Peak's first Dutch oven, called Bunbuku.
Purchased around 2002 during its initial release, it was used for camping and at home. However, for the past 17-18 years, only the skillet has been used, primarily for sukiyaki.
The early models are made from Yamagata cast iron, boasting a 400-year history.
While it is heavy, this allows for excellent heat retention, and the weight of the lid also makes it highly effective for waterless cooking.
