【 Knife 】 KSK Stainless Steel / Showa 50s Vintage

This is a stainless steel knife with the KSK stamp, purchased in the 1980s. It is approximately 40 years old (vintage).
The stamp is said to stand for Seki (関 - Kan = K), Suncraft, and Knife (K).
It is said that the character Seki (関) from Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a city famous for its cutlery, was read as Kan, and the first letter of each word was taken.
At the time, high-quality cutlery was popular overseas, and exports were brisk.
This is a rare stamp that was used at the time but is no longer in use.

I did not use it for fishing or outdoor activities, but for peeling fruit. I am listing it because I have not used it recently (in the last 20 years)!
