This is an accessory, the GAGGIA Tray (Drip Tray) for the Gaggia semi-automatic espresso machine Classic Evo Pro. It is not the machine itself.
I purchased this from Mr. Yamashita, a legend at LBO by Home Cafe, but I am listing it as I do not have an opportunity to use it.
Unlike thicker trays, this one makes it easier to place scales or tall cups.
It will be very useful for making iced drinks from now on.
Furthermore, it is made entirely of stainless steel, giving it a stylish appearance.
This is for the tray only; it does not include an extension for the pressure relief valve's discharge pipe.
It is fine as is, but if you are concerned, please extend it with a heat-resistant pipe.
