To ensure comfortable skiing, the boot has been custom-modified by a professional shop with material removed around the navicular bone and inner ankle area.
This has helped to alleviate pressure during buckling.
Additionally, as I have wide feet and typically wear shoes ranging from 3E to 4E, I had the area around the little toe slightly widened to resolve tightness and prevent chafing. (This was also done by a professional shop.)

I used these boots with intermediate to advanced skis such as Ogasa KEO'S and Head Worldcup Rebels, and experienced no discomfort or issues whatsoever.
