I personally use the 550 model.
It's lightweight due to being made of aluminum, has excellent heat conductivity, and is wonderfully crafted.
Because it's aluminum, it gets dented significantly when used for fishing or camping, but as it becomes misshapen, it grows on you and satisfies your desire for ownership.
I bought the 350 because the 550 was so great, but in the end, I couldn't bring myself to use it because it felt too precious.
I am offering it to someone who is looking for it.
