Sanko Ware Japan 1970’s Country Flowers Saucepan - Porcelain Enameled Steel
N/A
This fabulous vintage saucepan has a flower design in green, orange, brown, and gold. Could it be more 70’s? It was, in fact, manufactured in the 1970’s by Sanko Ware Japan for the line “Country Flowers”. The pan measures 6.5 diameter and the handle is about 6 long. On the bottom: “Country Flowers, porcelain enameled steel, oven-to-table cookware, Sanko Ware, Made in Japan”. It's in good to very good vintage condition - there are no cracks or chips. The bottom has a good bit of scuffing. The inside ensmel has some wear and light staining but it might come or with a Clorox soak. The handle is firmly attached. The colors are still bright and gorgeous. The lid is not the original lid and we really don’t know where it came from or how it got paired with this pot, but it’s a good fit. A really nice piece for a retro kitchen! Please see pictures and zoom in for detail.
