[Difference between commercially available iron plates and Riri's iron plate]
Iron plates have the characteristic of transferring heat evenly,
so they cook with less unevenness.

but thin iron plates commonly found on the market

Riri's black steel plate is thick,

without warping.
After a few uses, the oil will season the plate,

It comes with a handle, making it easy to hold even with gloves and easy to move.
