This is a set of two extremely rare vintage CTS pots (1Meg Audio Taper / A curve) for sale. I am selling them due to downsizing my equipment.
The inscription on the side of the pot, 137 6543, indicates that it was manufactured by CTS (137) in the 43rd week of 1965. These are ideal parts for restoring mid-1960s Fender amplifiers (Blackface era) or for modifying vintage guitars such as Telecasters.
[Condition]
As these are vintage items, there is some age-related dullness on the casing and solder marks remaining from removal (please check the photos for details).
The shaft rotates smoothly.
*Important* I do not have a measuring instrument on hand at the moment, so the exact resistance value has not been confirmed. Please only consider this item if you understand that it is being sold as-is (vintage part).
