Vintage Thomas Bavaria Lakewood Gravy Boat Attached Underplate Floral Gold 7.25"

Vintage Thomas Bavaria Lakewood porcelain gravy boat with attached underplate, made in Bavaria, Germany. This elegant mid-century serving piece features the Lakewood pattern, decorated with delicate bouquets of pink roses and blue floral accents against a soft ivory/cream border. Fine gold scrollwork, a beaded gold border and gold trim accent both the gravy boat and its attached underplate. The gravy boat has a graceful double-spout form with a raised pedestal base permanently mounted to the coordinating round underplate. The attached design makes this a particularly attractive and practical serving piece for gravy, sauces or dressings. The underside bears the green Thomas Bavaria shield backstamp along with the factory/decorator markings V38 and 96. Measurements: Approximately 7.25 diameter across the underplate × 3 tall. Condition: Good vintage condition with no major chips, cracks or repairs observed. There is light age-related wear, including some minor wear to the gold decoration and small surface/finish imperfections consistent with previous use.
