Vintage Tulip Applique Quilt Hand Quilted Cottage Farmhouse Bed Cover 82x60

Vintage hand quilted appliqué quilt featuring twelve colorful tulip blocks framed by bright yellow sashing with green cornerstones. The quilt has a soft, lightweight feel from many years of use and displays beautifully folded over the foot of a bed, on a quilt rack, or draped across a sofa. Measures approximately 82 x 60 inches, making it suitable as a large throw, twin bed quilt, or decorative accent. This quilt is in FAIR vintage condition. The appliqué blocks and most of the quilt remain attractive, but there is significant wear along the top edge. The edge has areas of fabric loss, holes, fraying, and exposed batting from many years of use. There are also a few scattered small holes elsewhere. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description. The remaining fabric is exceptionally soft with a lovely worn texture that only develops after decades of washing and use. The quilt lays nicely when folded, allowing the damaged edge to be hidden for display. A wonderful piece for collectors who appreciate authentic antique textiles or for decorative farmhouse, cottage, grandmillennial, or country interiors.
