It was working normally until around the end of February 2026, but it stopped draining.
When I contacted Hoshizaki by phone and text message about the symptoms, they said it seemed to be an issue with the drain pump and that replacing it might fix the problem.
However, I have not had the product inspected directly, so this is not a confirmed diagnosis.
This is a junk item, so please no claims or returns.
There are scratches, rust, and signs of use throughout.
The front right leg is missing, as shown in the 7th photo.
