Vtg Chinese Hand-Painted Reverse Inside Glass Egg Geisha Lady Wooden Stand EUC

Vintage Chinese inside-painted (or reverse painted) glass egg with wooden display stand. This piece features a meticulously detailed, hand-painted portrait of a traditional lady in a vibrant blue and orange robe amidst a scenic background. The glass is frosted allowing a beautiful, diffuse backlight to go through it. This is hand-painted using the traditional Chinese miniature painting techniques. The egg stands approximately 3 tall and comes with a dark stained, wooden base. Both pieces are in excellent used, vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The paint inside the egg remains vibrant and crisp. All items come from a non-smoking, no pet household. If you need more pictures or have any questions, just let me know. I am happy to accommodate.
