Yamazen Dish Dryer YDA-500 (2017 Model) [Modified] Plastic Model Dryer

Yamazen YDA-500 (2017 Model) Plastic Model Drying Machine Specifications
Thank you for viewing.
We are offering a Yamazen dish dryer, model YDA-500 (manufactured in 2017).
This unit has been used exclusively as a **parts dryer (drive-booth) for plastic models and scale models**, not as a dish dryer.
It is in good working order and has been tested.

This unit has been modified to maximize the benefits of the YDA-500, which is considered a masterpiece among modelers.
◯ Benefits of using the YDA-500 as a drive-booth:
1. Optimal drying temperature (approx. 40℃-45℃)
• This temperature range is ideal for accelerating paint drying (especially lacquer-based paints) with minimal risk of plastic deformation.
2. Quiet operation
• It operates very quietly due to its natural convection system, which does not use a fan. Perfect for nighttime drying tasks.
3. Dust prevention
• Drying inside a sealed chamber prevents dust from settling on painted parts.

◯ Modifications and Accessories (※Important※)
The following modifications have been made to specialize this unit for plastic model drying:
• Interior has been flattened (modified)
• All dish rack pins (protrusions) have been cut and removed.
• This allows for stable placement of parts and painting handles inside the chamber.
• Includes a custom-made mesh stand
• A custom-made stand, consisting of a white net with a black planter base net attached, is included (not fixed to the main unit). Parts are dried on this stand.
There will be a slight gap after installing the custom mesh stand. If this is a concern, please use the spare planter base net shown in the photos.
Please be sure to check the photos for details of the modifications and included items (main unit, custom mesh stand, etc.).

◯ Important Notes Before Purchasing
• Although this unit was originally a dish dryer, it has never been used for drying dishes by the previous owner.
• This is a used item and may have minor scratches from use, and a slight residual smell of paint.
• Please understand that this is a modified product before purchasing. Those who are sensitive to such details should refrain from buying.
