Chinese Longquan Celadon Cloud Crane Motif Water Pitcher / Water Jar / Water Bottle / Teapot / Tea Pot
This is a celadon water pitcher with a cloud and crane motif, made at the Longquan Kiln in China approximately 50 to 60 years ago. The Longquan Kiln is the birthplace of celadon. It has a traditional and beautiful form with an elongated spout and handle on white porcelain. The body features a cloud and crane motif, with cranes and clouds expressed in relief. The transparent celadon glaze has a refreshing quality reminiscent of crackled seven-jewel celadon, creating a very beautiful impression.
It is in beautiful, unused condition with no damage.
