Shrimp Box, Banshu Shrimp Box, Ebi Box, Sea Bream Box, Rockfish, Bait Box, Float Fishing, Used, Good Condition

This is the Banshu Ebi-bako (Shrimp Box), perfect for keeping live bait like shrimp (butsu-ebi, shirasa-ebi, ta-ebi, moe-ebi) fresh for fishing for rockfish, black sea bream, and young yellowtail. It can also be used to store your catch.

While it functions as a live bait box and a cooler, its insulation and waterproofing are no match for modern equipment, so please use it creatively.

I acquired this in Hyogo, but it's not common here in Kyushu, and I rarely see anyone using it.

I'll omit the details, but I obtained it during a time when I was a bit of a unique angler. There was a year I went 9 consecutive times without catching anything at my local spot, so I retired from black sea bream fishing that year and haven't used this since.

It hasn't been used much, and after cleaning and thorough drying, there's no smell of shrimp or fish.

It has two drawers.

It's handmade, and while metal screws are used, the outer box assembly uses wooden pegs, making it resistant to saltwater and rust.

There are signs of repair with wood grain tape on the joints and the top board. As shown in the images, the top board has a crack that looks like a divided lid. You'll see a straight line on the top board, but it's a crack, not a divided lid.

The images show everything included. If anything is missing, please arrange for it yourself.
