A collaboration was realized, themed around attachment and aging by artist Ichiro Yamaguchi,
sampling items from Ichiro's daily life and
incorporating them into the design of the Ploom Aura front panel.

The products for sale are based on
a brass tea caddy made by Kyoto's Kaikado,
a long-established maker of handmade tea caddies with the longest history in Japan, founded in 1875,
and
a teacup made by Ishikawa Prefecture's Uchide Chōemon Kiln,
a representative traditional craft producer of Kutani Ware.
