KAZEKARA X-ZERO Neck Cooler Neck Air Conditioner

I received this as a prize but have no opportunity to use it, so I am listing it for sale.
I tested it once to see how it works, but it has not been used.
The box and the sticker on the buttons have some scratches, but the main unit is still in beautiful condition.

[16300mm² Full Surround Peltier Element - Instant Cooling] Cools down in 3 seconds after switching on. A large, intensely cold cooling plate wraps around your neck, lowering your perceived temperature by -20°C. The combined effect of the cooling plate and the neck fan delivers a cool breeze to your face and neck. It relieves heat with powerful cooling that extends from your neck to your back, making it ideal for preventing heatstroke.
[5m/s Powerful Airflow - 180° Adjustable Angle] In addition to its excellent cooling function, it delivers an unprecedented airflow of over 500m³/h with its 8000RPM high-speed motor. The two powerful fans on each side can be adjusted 180° independently, achieving three-point cooling on the cheeks, neck, and under the chin. The hybrid cooling system of airflow and Peltier cools the carotid arteries, and the cooled blood cools the entire body.
[6000mAh Large Capacity Battery - PD Charging Compatible] Equipped with a 6000mAh high-energy density battery, it offers energy-saving operation for up to 18 hours of continuous use. It can be used while charging, allowing for full operation throughout the day. It supports 18W PD charging, enabling a full charge in just two hours.
[100-Level Adjustment - AI Temperature Control System] The airflow can be adjusted in 100 levels, and the temperature in 2 levels. You can adjust it according to the situation and ambient temperature. It also features an AI temperature control S mode that prevents overcooling and skin numbness, ensuring sustained coolness.
[Excellent Heat Dissipation System - Ergonomic Design] The CNC aluminum alloy heat dissipation system ensures that the Peltier element plate does not get excessively hot even during prolonged use, providing sustained cooling even at high temperatures. The main unit is designed to follow the body's curves, distributing weight and minimizing strain.
[COOL / HOT for All Seasons] The plate attached to the neck adjusts your body temperature comfortably, providing a cool sensation in summer and a warm sensation in winter. You can choose the operation mode according to the ambient temperature, and it can be used in all seasons, such as using the fan + plate in summer and only the plate in winter.
