Purchased new and unused, I have customized it for ease of use. If you were to gather all the materials and tools from scratch, it would likely cost around 10,000 yen for items like a drill and tap dies.

What sets this apart from others is that the bolt itself has a hole drilled in it, allowing for air release simply by loosening it. The bolt itself is not made of common metal but a resin material, making the cost nearly 10 times higher. (Furthermore, these are not sold at home improvement stores and are made to order, so you cannot purchase them individually.)

Customization Points:
① Deburred the rough edges common in overseas products.

② Since the nozzle is not compatible with the size of Japanese stoves, it has been changed to a 3/8 size hose nipple with sealing tape applied for leak prevention. (Due to variations in nozzle diameter, if the nozzle is too small, it may need to be melted and adhered.) Added a gasket to the nozzle to prevent oil leaks.

③ Since kerosene does not flow easily as is, an air hole was drilled, a thread was created with a tap, sealing tape was applied to the resin bolt, and a gasket was added. Additionally, a hole has been drilled into the bolt, allowing for refueling simply by loosening it. *Many listings do not include sealing tape, but without it, kerosene will definitely leak if the container is tipped over.

I have experience with car maintenance as a hobby and am confident in my precision compared to a beginner, but please understand that this is a personal DIY project and may have minor scratches from the work. (The product is an overseas utility item and may have scratches from the beginning.) While I have inspected it, I cannot guarantee complete oil leak prevention, so please understand.

It is likely that work debris has been removed during the water leak test, but we recommend rinsing the inside of the tank with water once more just in case.
