Mid-Century Tapestry Clutch Purse  Made in Japan  A beautiful example of postwar Japanese craftsmanship, this vintage clutch purse features a richly textured tapestry fabric in a geometric, rug-inspired pattern. Shades of navy blue, rose, olive, and cream evoke the elegance of mid-century styling. The bright red velvet interior includes the original MADE IN JAPAN tag with gold star  a marker of its mid-20th-century export origins. The chrome-tone frame shows minor surface wear from age, but the clasp still works securely.  Approx. 7.5 x 3..5 Condition: Some interior wear and faint soiling to the velvet lining, outer fabric is intact with gentle vintage wear at edges.
