Italian Art Glass Vase Blue Green Striped Blown Glass Murano Mid Century

This substantial Italian art glass vase is worked with alternating blue and green stripes that cross through the clear glass, creating a shifting geometric pattern. The color and construction recall striped glass produced by Venini during the midcentury period, though this example is unsigned and the maker remains unidentified. Acquired from the estate of a dedicated glass collector. Measurements: • Height: 10.5 • Rim Diameter: 3.75 Very good vintage condition. A small flea bite is present along the edge of the ground base and is concealed when displayed. Minor bubbles and irregularities within the glass are consistent with handmade production. At COMAC Collection, each piece is selected for its craftsmanship, design, and enduring character. Vintage objects naturally show signs of age and use, and any notable condition details are described and photographed as accurately as possible. All items come from a smoke-free home.
