Vintage Ivory Crackle Glaze Pottery Vase with Applied Pink Rose – Cottage Floral

Charming vintage-style art pottery vase featuring a creamy ivory glaze and a large dimensional hand-applied rose in soft shades of pink, lavender, peach and gold. The sculptural flower gives this little vase a beautiful handmade quality and makes it especially pretty for Spring, cottage, romantic or shabby-chic décor. The ivory body features visible crackle glazing/crazing throughout, which gives the surface wonderful aged character. The crazing is part of the appearance of the glaze and is shown clearly in the photos. The underside also shows age-related discoloration and surface wear consistent with previous use. Unmarked on the bottom. The form and applied floral decoration are reminiscent of Caroline Elizabeth Art pottery, although without a maker’s mark I cannot confirm the attribution. Perfect displayed alone or filled with a few wildflowers, baby’s breath or other small blooms. Approx. Measurements: 5” tall × 3 1/2” wide Condition: Pre-owned with vintage character. Crackle/crazed glaze throughout and age-related wear/discoloration to the underside. Please review photos closely for condition and details.
