■Product Description
The strength for each of the four fingers can be adjusted. It allows beginners, especially for the ring and pinky fingers, to train these essential areas without overexertion.
We recommend starting with a lighter setting and gradually increasing the resistance.
Turning the dial at the base of the piston counter-clockwise will gradually increase the resistance.
(It will click when it reaches maximum resistance).
You can consciously train each finger from the index to the pinky.
Adjustment Range: 4Lb ~ 7Lb (1.8Kg ~ 3.2Kg)
Recommended for musical instrument practice and warm-ups (guitar, violin, wind instruments, etc.),
as well as for sports and finger rehabilitation.
