Vintage 1985 Original Watercolor B. Cady Black Forest Germany Framed Art

Beautiful large vintage original watercolor with a serene, moody winter aesthetic. This 1985 landscape features a snow-covered forest, delicate bare trees, evergreens, rocks and a winding stream in soft shades of blue-gray, ivory and earthy brown. A gorgeous piece for cottagecore, rustic, Scandinavian, European country, grandmillennial, traditional or collected/eclectic decor. The muted neutral palette makes it especially easy to incorporate into a gallery wall, living room, bedroom, study or cozy reading space. Signed “B. Cady” at lower right. The handwritten inscription at lower left appears to read “Titi See – Schwarzwald ’85,” believed to reference Titisee in Germany’s Black Forest. Because both inscriptions are handwritten, the artist name and exact location have not been independently verified.
