Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Chalkboard Diamond H Brand 1940s–50s Character Board

Wonderful early Walt Disney Productions children’s chalkboard featuring Mickey Mouse peeking over the top, with a colorful border of classic Disney characters including Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto, Minnie Mouse, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Huey/Dewey/Louie and others. The green writing surface has the alphabet and numbers 1–0 printed across the top. Marked © Walt Disney Productions and Diamond H Brand on the front. The shaped fiberboard construction and early character artwork give this one an incredible mid-century Disney nursery/classroom look. The large Mickey topper especially makes it a fantastic display piece even if it never sees another piece of chalk.
