These are East German military officer's long boots. They feature a textured finish that makes them resistant to scratches. While the sole is marked as 28 cm, they felt a bit tight in width for me (a size 27 cm), so I believe they would be a good fit for someone who wears a 26 to 26.5 cm. Please consider this as a reference, as foot shapes vary. The soles show very little wear, and overall, I believe they are in excellent condition. The total height is 39.5 cm.
