Vintage ceramic salt shaker featuring a hand-painted Japanese pagoda landscape. It belongs to a mid-century souvenir shaker set commonly imported from post-WWII Japan. Standard Chinoiserie style with multi-colored Asian temple motifs, floral patterns, and bold labels in glazed porcelain. Produced and hand-painted in Japan, during the 1950s or 1960s. Pre-owned very good condition. Some very light crazing, no chips, flea bites, cracks or repairs.
