Description

This is a yunomi (tea cup) / free cup that I received from an acquaintance who is a Bizen ware collector.

It has a cylindrical shape with an elaborate design of vertical ribs. The firing color varies, making it a unique piece. It is a dark brown color, but the photos make it appear darker than it is.

There is a whitish area on the upper inside, and it is unclear if the original owner used it. The potter's mark appears to be 美 (mi), but this is uncertain.

Diameter: Approx. 5.9 cm
Height: Approx. 9.8 cm
