Thank you for viewing. This is my mother's bolt of fabric. It was purchased but never made into a garment. It is silk. The pattern is a Sarasa design, and it looks like a tsukesage (a type of formal kimono), but I can't be certain. It has been stored at home for a long time, and there are areas where the color has faded, mainly along the edges of the fabric. I think it would be difficult to wear it as a kimono. There may also be other signs of aging, unnoticed stains, or damage, so please consider it a junk item for repurposing. I will be moving soon and plan to dispose of it in the near future. Please consider purchasing it soon.
