This is a kimono by the world-renowned Japanese dyeing artist, the first generation Itchiku Kubota, whose works have been described as Symphony of Light and Dignity of the Universe. This has been confirmed by a major appraisal company. This color of the first generation's work is very fantastical and rare, so it is not often available.
However, due to a different signature, it is offered at a special, bargain price. It is not a copy, as it is impossible to replicate.
