Nambu Tekki Kamasada Iron Kettle Autumn Fruit Skin
This is the Aki no Mi Hada tetsubin (iron kettle) purchased at the physical store of Kamasada in Morioka City.
It has the Nanbu Kamasada stamp.
I have used it with care, so there is some rust, but it is natural and considered part of the process of the iron maturing. It is safe to use, so please understand.
It is ready for immediate use.
Water boiled in a tetsubin has a surprisingly mellow taste.
It also contains iron ions that are easily absorbed by the body, which helps prevent anemia.
The harshness and sharp edges of the water are removed, making plain water, tea, etc., taste softer and more delicious.
Wiping the tetsubin with a damp cloth while it is still hot will give it a beautiful sheen.
