Large Wedgwood Clarice Cliff Bizarre Windmill pattern vase, made in England and based upon an original hand-painted Bizarre design by celebrated Art Deco designer Clarice Cliff. Features a substantial bulbous form with cream-colored glaze and a stylized windmill landscape rendered in orange line decoration. The underside bears the factory mark reading Based upon an original Hand painted Bizarre by Clarice Cliff – WEDGWOOD – MADE IN ENGLAND. It also retains its Rubin Collection provenance label and collector inventory label. Approximate measurements: 8.5 H x 8 L x 7 W. Weight: approximately 2.13 lbs.
