GRIPPONE is a new concept Pilates roller that integrates the non-slip function of a roller and a mat.

This roller was co-developed to be ideal for the original method Functional Roller Pilates created by Mr. Naoto Nakamura, who is both a yoga instructor and Pilates trainer, as well as a physical therapist.

Born from the completely new idea of integrating the non-slip function of a roller and a mat, it is expected to have many benefits such as promoting core awareness in unstable conditions and enhancing body awareness.

A simple roller that enables various core and axial exercises.

Pilates is a highly talked-about exercise that is increasingly being adopted in the medical field.

The Functional Roller Pilates® method proposes 120 different exercises using GRIPPONE, making Pilates exercises accessible and easy to perform with just this one roller.

By using GRIPPONE with optional stands (two or more), the range of applications can be further expanded.
