Vintage Artisan Navy Blue and Gold Nautical Charm Necklace w/ Matching Earrings

Vintage nautical multistrand artisan necklace with matching drop earrings. One stand has blue heishi and white pipe beads with silver tone spacer’s. The second strand is almost all blue heishe beads with a few gold tone seed beads at the hardware. The necklace features a matte gold-tone circular life buoy with anchor, fish, and ship wheel charms. The dangle pierced earrings coordinate with the pendant. The fish on the earrings and necklace are signed, but I can’t tie the markings to a specific maker. The makers mark looks like a crown. The life buoy has an irregular edge (see photos-I can’t tell if it was made that way or damaged). The makers mark on one of the fish on one earring has wear. None of metal or hardware has affinity with a magnet. The necklace is ~27.5”. The earringsare lightweight with ~2” dangle with the stud segment being slightly over 0.5”. Great vintage set with 80s- 90s nautical aesthetic.
