The fabric is made from a special carbon fiber called CarbonX, boasting excellent fire resistance and flame retardancy.
Its fire-resistant properties allow it to maintain its soft fabric state for a while even when exposed to high-temperature flames or molten metal, without carbonizing.
This is advanced FR (Flame Resistant) apparel that protects against burns from sparks, fires, explosions, splashes of molten metal, and certain chemicals.
While made from materials used in harsh environments such as the military, firefighting, steel mills, and oil refineries, the fabric is soft.
