The cover has come off. It appears to have been tied with string on the left side. The spine is also present on the right side but has detached.
The illustrated sections in the middle are all connected as one continuous piece, depicting the scenery from Nihonbashi to Otsu.
Although the condition is poor, the illustrated parts do not show significant deterioration.
You may consider cutting them out and displaying them individually.
