Uchikake (Bridal Over-Kimono) for Bride, Pure Silk, Embroidered, Gold and Silver Thread Nishijin-ori (Nishijin Weave), Genuine Gold Leaf 600, Keiun Tsuru (Auspicious Cloud Cranes) This is a retro, embroidered Uchikake. Uchikake with genuine gold leaf are very rare. The luxurious weave with a considerable amount of gold thread and the large, flying crane pattern are auspicious and a very elaborate piece, giving it a superb sense of luxury and presence. There are faint stains on the inside of the kimono and a slight snag on the front collar (photos 11 and 12). Due to the extensive use of gold thread, it feels slightly heavier than a typical Uchikake. Please understand this before purchasing. Recommended for photography, stage performances, and display.
