Otagiri Mercantile Company Dark Blue Glaze Ceramic Planter Pedestal Base Japan

Vintage OMC Otagiri Blue Glazed Japanese Porcelain Ribbed Pedestal Bowl MCM Mercantile Company Dark Blue Namako Glaze Ceramic Planter Pedestal Base Japan Please see photos for measurements. Planter has no drainage but is hollow on the bottom. PLEASE NOTE: The green felt pictured in one of these listing images is no longer attached. It did not come with the original piece and was covering the manufacturer's sticker. We have done our best to remove this sticker from the adhesive felt a previous owner attached to the pot, and learned that this piece was made by the Otagiri Mercantile Company in Japan. We have included an image of the previously attached sticker beside an intact OMC sticker on a different collector's item. Salvageable pieces of the sticker are now in a plastic bag that will come with the piece when purchased for you to do with as you wish. This sticker dates the piece between 1946 and 1994, before the company was bought out by Enesco.
