Fantastic vintage gold-tone statement necklace with an intentionally asymmetrical, mixed-link design. Rather than a traditional uniform chain, this piece combines elongated rectangular links, irregular geometric links, oversized open ovals and circles, and polished gold-tone spheres for a wonderfully eclectic look. The lower portion creates a layered/draped effect, with a second strand of open geometric links sweeping below the main necklace. The mismatched elements give it that bold late-20th-century designer-inspired aesthetic without becoming overly ornate.
