Tangerine Quartz Crystal Filigree Copper Electroformed Earrings These one-of-a-kind, handmade, tangerine quartz crystal earrings are capped with a filigree cone embellishment and then electroformed to create a thick copper bezel. The earrings have a gunmetal patina finish, making them versatile for wearing with mixed metals. Size: 2 inches long from bottom of ear wire, 2.6 inches long from top of ear wire 0.35 inches wide at earring’s widest point Weight: Each earring weighs 0.1 ounces Tangerine quartz is found in the Santinho mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The crystals are formed when water and hematite, an iron stone, combine. The hematite rusts in water and bonds to the surface of the quartz crystal, giving it its orange color.
