Up for sale is a vintage snare drum, 14” x 5.5”, steel, 10-lug.
There are no markings to identify the manufacturer, but it is a type that was popular as a standard model some time ago, featuring five lines in the center of the shell.
It is believed to be similar to the YAMAHA SD-465M of that era and has an internal muffler.
There are minor scratches and rust overall, but no major damage.
For this listing, I have performed a complete disassembly, cleaning, polishing, lubrication, and reassembly process, and have confirmed that there are no issues with sound production.
The heads on both the batter and resonant sides are used, so replacement is recommended.
