This is an Atlas HO Trainman Plus loco. It was originally a Norfolk Southern unit. It has been painted and molded to be an Illinois belt way loco. It was never completed, and seems to be a mediocre job. You can still see the Norfolk Southern decals at the front. Price reflects that. All parts are present and engine has been tested.
