Navy Blue Hand Painted Floral Blazer. This is a Haggar men’s size 42 blazer that corresponds roughly to a women’s XL. Care instructions on the tag are for the jacket without embellishments. Jacket has buttons removed from the sleeves and there are indentations from them. There is a stray spot on the lining under the “42”. Blazer also has slight pilling on front and collar. The front right pocket has some light paint under it. Measurements from top of shoulder seam to hem is approximately 31”.
