Metal Recipe Box Floral Tin with Index Divider Cards and Recipe Cards

Charming vintage floral metal recipe box filled with a large collection of old recipes gathered and used over the years. The collection includes handwritten recipe cards, typed recipes, recipes clipped from newspapers, magazines and packages, and alphabetical divider cards. There is a wide variety of recipes, and the handwritten cards give the collection the wonderful feel of an authentic family kitchen recipe archive. Condition: This is in vintage, well-used condition. The exterior of the recipe box has a tacky/sticky feel, likely from years of kitchen use and accumulated cooking/grease residue. There is also significant surface rust/corrosion on portions of the bottom of the metal box, as clearly shown in the photos. The box has additional age-related wear, discoloration and surface imperfections. The recipes and dividers also show their age and use, including varying degrees of yellowing, staining, creasing, edge wear and other handling wear. The contents have not been inventoried or counted and are being sold exactly as found. Please examine all photos carefully as they are an important part of the condition description.
